Turning a Vision into Reality
With a lifelong passion for the fashion and beauty industry sparked by her mom's hair and business expertise, Anika pursued Fashion Business Studies at George Brown College. From working as a styling assistant at ET Canada to a receptionist, a law clerk and a manager. Anika Persaud has gained a diverse work experience over the years. Today, she excels as a fast-paced Salon & Spa manager in the heart of Yorkville, Downtown Toronto.
Over the years while working full time Anika started operating a DSLR Photobooth on the weekends. After 5 years of experience as a part time operator Anika has decided to start her very own business, an event company called Glamorous Event Co. Anika loves caring for people, loves to smile is very organized and responsible which has made her a perfect Photobooth operator, while meeting amazing vendors at Weddings and corporate events over time.
